Associate Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

Fluke Health Solutions is searching for a proactive Associate Corporate Counsel with a commercial mindset, a desire to have a general portfolio of legal and compliance work, and an interest in navigating the complex intersection of law, compliance, and technology in the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Guide teams on issues related to SaaS and software business models and agreements.
• Collaborate with privacy counsel and the InfoSec team to assess data privacy and security issues.
• Advise on technology regulatory issues and draft necessary agreements.
• Work with business and compliance teams on the implementation of policies.
• Partner with compliance teams to provide support on compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and procurement agreements.
• Review and advise on promotional materials and marketing initiatives.
• Support the business and address requests for legal support and advice.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state required.
• 3+ years of professional work experience required.
• Strong contract drafting skills, especially in SaaS and technology agreements.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently across legal and business functions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare compliance experience preferred.
• Direct work with Sales and Marketing professionals is a plus.
• Must be located in Chicago or United States EST.
