Senior QA Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior QA Engineer in the Central Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our quality assurance frameworks, actively contributing to the delivery of team goals and features.

In Short

• Partner with the Staff QA Engineer and contribute to our central test framework.
• Contribute with ideas that enable tech innovations within the team.
• Build a suite of automated tests for internal tooling.
• Create our initial core test suites and define quality from the early stages.
• Support and maintain our test architecture.
• Define tooling and solutions for QA automation efforts.
• Define the overall Fortis QA advanced test strategy for all projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and Node.js.
• Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver).
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with RDBMS such as Postgres and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of API contract testing.
• Good understanding of Linux and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with DevOps and orchestration tools.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
