Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative for Germany to manage our existing customers. Responsibilities include consulting and further development of existing customers, preparing offers and contract negotiations, market analysis, and close collaboration with marketing and project teams.

In Short

  • Intensive care of existing customers to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Identification and closure of additional potential for license revenue and services
  • Achieving a high maintenance/support contract coverage
  • Close collaboration with the services team and marketing to ensure regular contact and provision of relevant information
  • Development of strategies for individual sales opportunities and implementation of targeted approaches for customer development
  • Responsible for timely reporting of all sales activities and regular sales forecasting

Requirements

  • Preferably a completed degree (Bachelor) in Business Administration or a commercial training
  • At least five years of successful proven sales experience in the ERP environment or related fields
  • Very good understanding and knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent presentation and rhetoric skills
  • Successful participation in various sales trainings (e.g., solution selling) is an advantage
  • Independent and structured working style as well as time flexibility and a team-oriented, solution-focused commitment
  • Fluent in German and good to very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Willingness to travel
