Brand Approvals and Digital Asset Management Executive - Remote

Overview

The Brand Approvals and DAM Executive will support the Brand Management Team in managing the approvals process for F1 branded content and overseeing the Digital Asset Management platform.

In Short

• Assist with F1 Brand Approvals for internal teams and partners.
• Manage day-to-day administration of the F1 Digital Asset Management platform.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and trademarks.
• Build relationships with commercial stakeholders.
• Develop and refine the approval workflow for efficiency.
• Photograph and log product samples into a trademark database.
• Manage trophy approvals and replicas process.
• Support updates and distribution of brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating F1 style guides and toolkits.
• Manage stakeholder registration, access, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
