Project Manager, Digital Asset Management - Remote

In Short

• Design user workflows for internal and external users
• Oversee procedures to ingest and add metadata to new content
• Maintain accurate procedures and records for the system
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with art directors on image rights and tagging
• Document all issues and solutions transparently
• Share knowledge and educate users of the DAM
• Lead training sessions for system users
• Support the management and growth of the DAM initiative
• Work within the EMEA region with flexibility

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital asset management administration
• Strong knowledge of rights management and metadata processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform core project management documentation
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Master's degree in Library Information Science is a plus
