Overview

The Travel Coordinator Intern will support the Formula 1 World Travel team by managing hotel bookings, maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients, and ensuring excellent customer service during F1 events.

In Short

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Book hotels at all races and resell to teams and sponsors.
  • Source hotels for new clients at existing races.
  • Manage rooming lists and ensure all requests are met.
  • Book ground transportation and other logistics as per requests.
  • Reconcile invoices and arrange payments to hotels/suppliers.
  • Provide comprehensive customer care to retain and build client relationships.
  • Support from the office when not attending races.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
  • Work with new promoters for best practices at new races.

Requirements

  • Experience in the travel or hotel industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Current UK/EU Driving License.
