Incentive Analytics Manager - Remote

Overview

The Incentive Analytics Manager will contribute to optimizing incentive compensation plans for customers, ensuring they get the most value from the Forma.ai platform.

In Short

• Develop a strong understanding of the Forma.ai product and platform.
• Lead ongoing operations for a portfolio of customers.
• Implement new platform features for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead design projects including analysis and customer workshops.
• Guide and coach a team of Analysts/Associates.
• Act as the main point of contact for senior customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team for feature implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, or sales operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading project teams.
• Strong experience in project planning and execution.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
• Understanding of analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
