Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and analytical roles.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI reporting tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on mindset with strategic thinking.
