Overview

The Clinical Support Lead will assist in managing a patient engagement program aimed at achieving excellent outcomes for customers using the Arine platform.

Requirements

• 12 months experience in a Clinical Support role.
• Team management or coaching experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to problem solve clinical and operational situations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Empathy and compassion in patient interactions.
• Knowledge of medication adherence workflows.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
