• Looking for a Human Resources Generalist / HR Consultant on a contract basis.
• Support multiple clients across various industries.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for client organizations.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support.
• Advise on employee relations matters.
• Draft and update HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR systems implementation.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple departments is an asset.
• Strong experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• HR designation (CHRP/CPHR) considered an asset.
