In Short

  • Develop and execute paid traffic strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and ROI optimization.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and programmatic networks.
  • Plan media budgets, set KPIs, and monitor campaign performance daily.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, CRM, and product teams.
  • Analyze campaign results and generate insights for media planning.
  • Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure ad campaigns comply with Brazilian regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian digital media landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting.
  • Fluent in Portuguese; English is a plus.
  • Results-driven and highly organized.
