Overview

The Lead Data Engineer will guide and scale a team of data engineers, focusing on solving technical challenges and implementing best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering with a focus on ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in GCP, especially BigQuery and Composer.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with DBT.
• Understanding of data privacy and governance.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership experience in digital media or performance marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker is advantageous.
• Exposure to ML workflows and experimentation platforms.
