Data Research Analyst – Financial Services - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Data Research Analyst to join our team and assist our editorial team in creating top-quality content. You will provide competitive analysis on the market and ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis for financial products and services relevant.

In Short

• Review data requests for feasibility, usability, and scalability
• Leverage a team of researchers to collect product and service data
• Perform analysis on collected data to identify top-quality products and providers
• Build analyses on Tableau against tight deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy and quality
• Develop and implement processes for quality control
• Communicate with the data research team leads and editorial teams
• Review editorial content for accuracy and completeness
• Scope for future line management of the analyst(s)

Requirements

• Able to leverage project management skills for consistent delivery
• Experience with US Financial Services markets, particularly lending products
• Comfortable working in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience communicating data findings via dashboards and visualisations
• Degree in a relevant field, such as business or economics
• Proficiency in using Tableau for data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is highly desirable
• Experience in working as part of an international team is desirable
