In Short

• Full-time remote role with working hours aligned to Pacific Time.
• Own and manage the member-facing phone line for support.
• Run accurate Verifications of Benefits (VOBs) for care access.
• Collaborate with member growth team for seamless onboarding.
• Support Prior Authorization Process for timely submissions.
• Assist with member billing, collections, and compliance.
• Adaptable and detail-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance benefits and billing required.
• Experience with patient-facing roles and phone work.
• High EQ and strong communication skills necessary.

• 3+ years of experience in insurance benefits and billing procedures.
• Experience with commercial insurance payor portals.
• Comfort with phone-based work.
• Strong communicator for translating complex issues.
• High EQ and service orientation.
• Organized and detail-driven.
• Experience in process optimization and compliance management.
