Product Analyst - Financial Services - Remote

Overview

As a Product Analyst, you will join the Product Management team and help support the delivery of technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process.

In Short

• Participates in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and opportunities for improvement.
• Gathers business requirements affecting technology systems and collaborates with technology partners.
• Writes and communicates requirements and user stories following Agile framework.
• Works effectively within a Scrum or Kanban team.
• Documents acceptance criteria for user stories with guidance.
• Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done.
• Manages stakeholders and teams across functional areas to implement projects.
• Coordinates risk assessment and mitigates risks to projects.
• Participates in backlog grooming sessions for roadmap planning.
• Executes test scripts developed in design and implementation phases.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in business analysis, product management, or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
• Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management.
