Overview

Foodsmart is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join its Strategic Finance Team, providing an opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions and support the company's strategy through forecasting and analysis.

In Short

Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct ad hoc analysis for the pricing team.
Prepare Budget vs Actual reports.
Assist with month-end close processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in finance or consulting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proactive self-starter with attention to detail.
Able to manage competing priorities effectively.
Motivated to work in a mission-based environment.
High proficiency in Excel and GSuite.
Experience in B2C or Digital Health preferred.
Familiarity with financial systems like Netsuite.
Experience with SQL, Python, and/or Tableau is a plus.
