Senior Manager, AML Compliance - Remote

Overview

Flywire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager for AML Compliance to lead their Compliance team, responsible for Flywire Global Corp. This role requires knowledge of US and global payments compliance, as well as experience in financial crimes compliance.

In Short

• Manage Flywire Global Corp’s Anti-Financial Crimes Compliance Program.
• Lead projects related to bank and partner due diligence.
• Liaise with business partners on higher risk cases.
• Enhance compliance processes to manage risk.
• Create and edit Policies and Procedures.
• Advise on financial crimes compliance and licensing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years in financial services compliance.
• Mastery of USA AML/CTF Standards.
• Strong understanding of licensing regulations.
• Experience with Regulatory, Audit, and Independent Review requests.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects remotely.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven track record of execution and delivery.
