We're seeking a bilingual (Mandarin / English) Customer Service Agent for Real Money Gaming to join our dynamic team and help deliver world-class experiences to our valued customers.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate product and service information.
  • Assist with customer calls for all Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon KPIs and performance targets.
  • Engage in continuous learning through hands-on training.
  • Clearly explain casino gaming terms and promotions to customers.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding accounts and transactions.
  • Evaluate accounts for potential AML/Fraud violations.
  • Recognize problem gambling signs and assist customers accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process adjustments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Calm and patient demeanor when handling complaints.
  • Commitment to high standards and professionalism.
  • Ability to type and communicate on the phone for extended periods.
