Overview

As a part-time Customer Service Concierge at FlowPlay, you will provide real-time support to players of our social casino platforms, ensuring a positive gaming experience.

In Short

  • Part-time remote position, 25 hours/week.
  • Work schedule: Thursday-Monday, 2 PM - 7 PM PST.
  • Respond to player inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
  • Use Zendesk for customer support management.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve player issues.
  • Document player interactions accurately.
  • Provide feedback on common player issues.
  • Stay updated on game features and company policies.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training.
  • Maintain high levels of player satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Zendesk or similar CRM.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a chat environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in gaming.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
  • Experience in social casino or online gaming is a plus.
