Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in paid media, social media advertising, or media buying.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and achieve strong ROAS.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies.
