• Flock Safety is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate to scale our developer ecosystem.
• Help partners succeed and create repeatable resources to improve the developer experience.
• Work closely with external partners and internal teams.
• Remove friction and enable high-quality integrations.
• Report directly to the Product Management team.
• Be the first person in this role.
• Utilize technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Build relationships to expand the ecosystem and scale developer adoption.
• Manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Experience as a Developer Advocate, Technical Solutions Engineer, or similar role.
• Skilled at identifying friction points in developer workflows.
• Solid understanding of API principles and integrations.
• Experience creating high-quality technical content.
• Ability to gather and analyze developer feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Advocate for developer programs internally.
• Hands-on support and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform hands-on support while documenting processes.
