Requirements

• BS/MS in Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a data/decision scientist or AI/ML engineer.
• Strong experience with Python and core AI/ML packages.
• Proficient in SQL and data processing.
• Experience developing data models, dbt exposure is a plus.
• Ability to build predictive or optimization models.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Exposure to cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive solutions for complex problems.
