Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist in OpenAI’s User Operations team, you will help build a data-driven culture around hypothesis testing, insight generation, and strategy, working on projects that define metrics, design experiments, and create predictive models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science roles.
• Expertise in statistics and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Expertise in SQL and ETL workflows.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Mode and Tableau.
• Strategic mindset for translating business problems into frameworks.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
