• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Solutions Engineers.
• Improve coverage and engagement by ensuring SEs are brought into deals earlier.
• Strengthen alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and Deployment.
• Build scalable processes and enablement frameworks.
• Help agencies and communities understand the impact of our platform.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing presales/technical sales teams.
• Strong background in technical discovery and solution design.
• Ability to partner across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Experience in building scalable processes and performance metrics.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Domain knowledge of law enforcement or public safety is a plus.
