Equity Administrator - Remote

Overview

As the first dedicated Equity Administrator at Flock Safety, you will assist in building and scaling the stock administration function, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Assist in assessing and building Flock’s stock administration function.
• Maintain accurate records of stock plan transactions.
• Manage equity plan transactions including grants and exercises.
• Partner with Legal, People Operations, and Tax teams.
• Own process improvement and automation of equity-related procedures.
• Prepare stock-related matters for financial statements.
• Support educational programs related to employee equity.
• Liaise with external plan administrators and brokers.
• Assist in designing and modifying stock plans.
• Implement new plans and changes effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) credential is advantageous.
• 5+ years in stock plan administration.
• Experience with global equity programs.
• Strong knowledge of equity software platforms like Carta.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to interpret financial data and legal documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Precision in handling details necessary for transactions.
