Overview

As an ERP Administrator, you will help identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for the company and to provide hands-on support, solutions, and expertise to ERP end-users.

In Short

• Support on-prem Epicor Developer in all applications and improvements within Epicor.
• Administer and maintain the Epicor / Kinetic ERP system.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve system-related problems.
• Analyse system data and generate reports for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements.
• Coordinate and test software upgrades and patches.
• Document system processes and best practices.
