Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Analytics Engineer at Flock Safety, you will own end-to-end analytics solutions, driving impact for business stakeholders and ensuring a single source of truth for insights.

• Own end-to-end analytics solutions from definition to visualization.
• Streamline insights for business stakeholders.

• Utilize strong SQL skills, preferably with Redshift.
• Implement data modeling best practices.
• Build business intelligence and reporting solutions.
• Work with Data Engineering and Data Architecture teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Finance teams.
• Contribute to a results-oriented culture focused on 90-day plans.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Ability to tackle complex data challenges.
• Strong SQL skills; Redshift experience is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling in enterprise data warehouses.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools (Sigma preferred).
• Familiarity with DBT and GIT.
• Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
