IT Consultant / Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The IT Consultant plays a central role in the mission to empower frontline employees by enabling clients to roll out the Flip App to thousands of employees. This role involves technical implementation and customization of the Flip SaaS environment.

In Short

• Help the Customer Success Engineering team achieve ambitious goals.
• Ensure customer success through technical onboarding and integration project execution.
• Coordinate requirements, problem-solving, and customized software development throughout the project duration.
• Collaborate actively with clients' functional departments such as Project Management, IT, and Security.
• Make decisions on all technical matters to contribute to successful project completion.
• Maintain close contact with external development partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT consulting and project management.
• Proficiency in coding and/or development in consulting.
• Experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST API, and API-based integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in cross-functional teams.
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
