IT Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

Flex Technology Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring that all existing application systems meet the needs of each company at Flex Technology Group. They are also responsible for the analysis of new application systems, or new iterations of existing systems, to try and better meet the goals and needs of the organization.

In Short

• Maintains and analyzes existing application systems
• Analysis, development, design, and implementation of new application systems
• Responsible for managing and monitoring the support ticket queue
• Provide technical guidance quickly and efficiently to ensure that all end users can continue their daily tasks
• Conduct end-user training
• Drive implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment
• Help to facilitate discovery and design meetings
• Ability to work on more than one high profile, complex project concurrently is a must
• Ability to independently research and learn new ways to solve complex business problems utilizing programming best practices
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Experience with ECI’s ERP system, e-Automate is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience serving as a technical resource on a project
• Can perform complex joins, imports, and update queries within SQL
• Ability to convey technical concepts and procedures to people with a non-technical background
