Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and providing technical oversight for our grant management systems, third-party applications, and the integration points between these systems and our Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure systems and data support business objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of Salesforce Platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis and project management.
• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce system administration.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong analytic skills and understanding of system security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
