Overview

As a Software Engineer at Flex, you will contribute to building innovative solutions for HSA/FSA payments, working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams.

In Short

Contribute to the HSA/FSA checkout experience.
Build APIs for easy integration.
Design scalable payment infrastructure.
Interact with customers to define the roadmap.
Work with technologies like Next.js, Rust, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, and AWS.

Requirements

3+ years of engineering experience.
Proficient in TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies.
Skilled in Rust or another backend language.
Experience deploying to AWS.
Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.
Prior startup experience preferred.
