• Act as an in-house recruiter for IT roles in the APAC market.

Requirements

• Minimum 4,000 LinkedIn connections in APAC.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and tech stacks.
• Experience in sourcing and closing candidates.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools.
• Strong English communication skills; other APAC languages are a plus.
• Ability to work with performance-based KPIs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Self-organized and effective time management.
