Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in a leadership role managing software teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an architect mindset.
• Exposure to C# or similar languages.
• Understanding of enterprise SQL systems.
• Self-starter with proactive initiative.
• Collaborative leadership skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience working in distributed teams.
