Senior Implementations Consultant - Professional Services - Remote

Overview

This is a highly technical and strategic role operating at the core of customer enablement and product execution. You’ll act as the primary technical lead for enterprise clients, driving complex implementation efforts and architecting robust Flatfile integrations within their ecosystems.

• Lead end-to-end implementation processes for enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for data onboarding and integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Expertise in data manipulation and API consumption.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
