Overview

We are seeking a user-centric, craft-obsessed designer to lead one of our core agentic workflows at Flatfile, focusing on simplifying data migration with AI.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end design projects and collaborate with engineers.
• Shape a natively agentic experience through customer insights.
• Move quickly to test hypotheses with designs and prototypes.

Requirements

• Strong mental models developed through data and research.
• Passion for UX, UI, and interaction challenges.
• Portfolio showcasing excellent product designs.
• Ability to think through complex interaction design.
• Proficiency in visual communication and prototyping.
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
• Fluency in AI principles and leveraging AI tools.
