Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a versatile Product Designer with a strong generalist background spanning UX, UI, research, and project management. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our product development teams, collaborating closely to turn feedback, insights, and user needs into features.

In Short

• Champion user needs and advocate for experiences that solve customer problems.
• Lead projects from conception to delivery, continually improving user experience.
• Create prototypes, conduct user testing, and analyze findings.
• Contribute to product design and UX direction within your squad.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers on design solutions.
• Produce high-fidelity visuals for new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to evolving and maintaining the Design System.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS startups.
• Proficiency in UX Research and user testing.
• Advanced skills in Figma for design system maintenance.
• Experience collaborating with PMs and engineers.
• Ability to manage and move design projects forward.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Outstanding communication skills for articulating ideas.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect quality.
