HR Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to oversee human resources operations across the United States and Canada.

In Short

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with leadership to build and sustain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws.
• Support full-cycle recruitment in partnership with hiring managers.
• Coordinate compensation reviews and benchmarking across U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and analytics.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives, including DEI, wellness, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Develop and administer performance management processes.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with local requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including support for U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal/state labor laws and Canadian employment standards.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
