As HR Manager at BioVid, you will play a central role in maintaining and evolving a collaborative, supportive culture while ensuring people processes are thoughtful, scalable, and human-centered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience advising managers and employees.
• Understanding of core HR functions.
• Ability to manage HR operations with organization and accuracy.
• Experience with culture and DEI initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• People-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
