Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and ensure alignment with our company’s business objectives.

In Short

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance local employee skills, leadership capability, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
  • Lead HR projects, such as diversity & inclusion, digital HR transformation, or change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Good verbal Mandarin and English.
