Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us on a 6-month contract where you’ll partner closely with our hiring managers, immerse yourself in the world of MEV, and headhunt the best talent in the space.

In Short

• Source creatively using unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space.
• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: identify, engage, and close candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices.
• Coordinate the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring comprehensive data.

Requirements

• +5 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startups.
• Creativity in sourcing talent beyond traditional platforms.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical roles and our mission.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Interest in decentralized systems and a willingness to learn.
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
