Overview

We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst - Acquisition to strengthen our Growth team. This person will be responsible for CRM strategies for acquisition, focusing on lead nurturing and generating MQLs and SQLs, working with marketing automation, segmentation, and optimization of multichannel campaigns.

In Short

  • Plan, build, and optimize multichannel automations for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Create and monitor email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for engagement and conversion.
  • Segment databases and personalize communications for different funnel stages.
  • Manage CRM projects, ensuring alignment between areas and efficient execution.
  • Organize and adjust monthly planning, ensuring continuous optimization of strategies.
  • Analyze and track acquisition KPIs and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Support junior analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and data teams to ensure efficient strategic flows.

  • Experience with CRM and multichannel marketing automation.
  • Strategic and critical thinking.
