In Short

• Act as the technical owner of the Design System, ensuring its evolution, stability, and adoption.
• Develop and maintain reusable components for Web (React + Vite/CRA) and Mobile (React Native).
• Define and evolve the architecture of the Design System.
• Work with Design to turn visual decisions into scalable patterns.
• Maintain and evolve the documentation of the Design System.
• Ensure technical quality: component testing, accessibility validation, visual regression control.
• Define and sustain the governance of the Design System.
• Collaborate with squads to improve Developer Experience.
• Actively disseminate knowledge, best practices, and technical standards.
• Participate in a creative and tech-driven environment with autonomy.

Requirements

• Solid experience with React + TypeScript in production environments.
• Practical experience with Design Systems at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Expertise in modern CSS, including Tailwind and MUI.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility applied to reusable components.
• Experience with component documentation and visualization tools.
• Ability to act as a technical reference across multiple teams.
• Collaborative profile with a focus on continuous learning and high-impact product development.
