AML QA Manager - Remote

Overview

As an AML QA Manager at Flagstone, you will support the MLRO and AML Function in executing the Compliance and AML strategy, ensuring robust AML frameworks and compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Support the MLRO and AML Function in compliance strategy.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the AML function.
• Ensure compliance with AML, CTF, and Sanctions regulations.
• Design and implement an AML QA Framework.
• Conduct QA over core AML activities.
• Produce Management Information related to AML QA.
• Conduct ongoing horizon scanning for regulatory changes.
• Support development of key controls in new products.
• Deliver AML and sanctions training.
• Review and update AML and Sanctions Risk and Control Assessment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations.
• Understanding of Customer Due Diligence and KYC requirements.
• Proficiency in AML/CTF software and systems.
• Experience in a UK Financial Services environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
