Overview

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to enhance efficiency and patient engagement.

In Short

Build robust frontend applications using Vue 3.
Work on real-time web applications for audio and SMS communications with users (patients).
Proven experience in building highly-available applications in regulated environments.
Proficiency with Vue 3 and TypeScript.
Experience with backend APIs using Node.js, Mongoose, Express, or similar tech stacks.
General healthcare tech/SaaS experience preferred.
Familiarity with HL7/FHIR/EHR.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Experience with monorepo, especially turborepo.

Requirements

Experience in building highly-available applications in regulated environments.

General healthcare tech/SaaS experience preferred.
