Installed Base Field Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Five9 North America Field Marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing expert to own field marketing strategies within the company’s installed base. Serving as the bridge between Customer Success, Customer Advocacy & Engagement, Account Management, and Marketing, this rockstar marketer must understand Five9’s corporate initiatives and support via a growth plan for key account engagement and customer expansion. They will adopt a "customer marketing leader" approach to craft and execute a customer marketing plan that effectively addresses these priorities through a blend of digital, in-person, and exclusive "white-glove" marketing initiatives.

In Short

• Responsible for coordinating and setting installed base growth marketing direction with input from customer success, account management, and other key internal stakeholders.
• Drive a strong, customer-centric approach collaborating with customer success, account management, and marketing team.
• Develop and drive innovative integrated marketing strategies, digital and physical, to meet and exceed customer expansion objectives.
• Leverage ABM tools and tactics to create and measure the success of ABM programs.
• Partner with account directors and customer advocacy teams to optimize customer engagement.
• Effectively manage detailed monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage 3rd-party vendors and agencies for outstanding performance.
• Track success criteria and performance metrics.
• 25% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing/demand generation/customer marketing in B2B software technology space.
• Experience creating and deploying account based marketing strategies.
• Proven experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding install base opportunity growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, Asana and other Martech.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience building productive relationships with high-energy internal and external constituents.
