Deal Assurance Lead - Remote

Overview

The Deal Assurance Lead will ensure the integrity, profitability, and compliance of commercial deals in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, acting as a strategic bridge between sales, finance, legal, product, and customer success.

In Short

• Review and approve non-standard deals for pricing, margin, and contract compliance.
• Partner with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure deals.
• Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and revenue recognition rules.
• Identify risks in proposed deals and recommend solutions.
• Support sales teams during the negotiation process.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams for deal implementation.
• Support continuous improvement of deal governance and internal systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deal desk or sales operations in a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and business judgment skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and CPQ tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
