Head of Growth and Marketing - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to join us at a pivotal moment of our journey as we are about to launch. You’ll lead strategy and execution across customer acquisition, retention, and brand building.

In Short

• Lead growth initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention, and brand development.
• Strategically balance paid and organic marketing channels to sustainably scale revenue.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to drive category creation, consumer education, and trust.
• Recruit, build, and manage a small team of A players using AI as leverage for their work.

Requirements

• Proven success independently driving DTC revenue from launch to $20M+.
• Demonstrated experience scaling a DTC consumer health startup in the U.S.
• Extensive experience launching and scaling category-defining products.
• Deep expertise in hybrid physical-digital and subscription-based business models.
• Solid understanding of consumer health markets and relevant regulatory constraints.
