Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced Precast Engineer looking to take the next step as a Project Manager to join our innovative Precast team within the Transportation Group. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure the highest quality in our deliverables, providing design insights and overseeing quality control. Your comprehensive efforts will guarantee completeness, accuracy, and creative problem-solving in every project. You'll manage all facets of project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and coordinating with your team to meet and exceed client service commitments.

In Short

• Manage project communications with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Oversee project budget, schedule, and scope.
• Guide design and ensure QA/QC on calculations and deliverables.
• Lead engineering design process for transportation/precast projects.
• Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed plans and specifications.
• Manage a team of engineers and drafters.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
• 8-15 years of Precast engineering experience, project management experience preferred.
• Professional Engineering License (PE).
• Complete understanding of AutoCAD & RISA 3D.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
