Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced Precast Engineer looking to take the next step as a Project Manager to join our innovative Precast team within the Transportation Group. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure the highest quality in our deliverables, providing design insights and overseeing quality control.

In Short

• Manage all facets of project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Guide the design of projects, ensuring QA/QC is performed on all calculations and deliverables.
• Oversee preparation of construction bid packages for transportation/precast projects.
• Lead the engineering design process for transportation/precast projects.
• Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Manage a team of engineers, drafters, and other professionals.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
• 8-15 years minimum of Precast engineering experience, project management experience preferred.
• Professional Engineering License (PE).
• Complete understanding of AutoCAD & RISA 3D.
