Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting all business units by providing full-cycle recruitment support within the APAC region. Their responsibilities include understanding recruiting needs, sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring best-fit candidates for various roles in the organization.

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment within the APAC region.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners on recruitment requirements.
  • Manage candidate sourcing through various channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessments.
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates.
  • Oversee background screening and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain applicant tracking software and create reports.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment networking events.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and passion for recruiting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking software.
  • Understanding of the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work remotely and onsite as needed.
